About Clover
Built for firms that want to own their organic growth channel.
Clover is a boutique organic growth partnership for agencies and consulting firms. Strategy runs at the top. Delivery runs through Leaf and Harvest — our productized sub-brands. One thesis, three delivery modes, one accountable owner.
The thesis
Organic isn't a service line. It's a system.
Most firms buy organic in pieces — a technical audit here, a content pipeline there, an AEO consultant on the side, a link vendor somewhere else. Each part produces a deliverable. None of them own the thesis. Six months in, no one can explain why the roadmap looks the way it does.
Clover was built to be the alternative. One senior operator holds the growth thesis. Two productized arms — Leaf and Harvest — handle the execution and automation. The partnership stays accountable for whether it compounded.
How we got here
The story.
Clover started in 2023 as a freelance growth and SEO consultancy — helping agencies and digital businesses build organic pipelines through search strategy. In those early years we consistently delivered 20–35% uplift in core SEO KPIs within the first six months of an engagement.
The work was effective, but we kept running into the same ceiling: the methods that worked didn't scale without adding more people. So we started applying AI infrastructure internally — automating the repetitive, accelerating the analytical, and validating what actually held up under real client conditions.
The results were serious. A multi-agent content system we built for a partner running SEO across 50+ websites cut their delivery cost by 40% and generated 139x ROI in four months, adding $300K to the bottom line. Our largest recent SEO engagement drove 8M additional organic visitors and $47M in incremental revenue for a subscription platform with 100M+ monthly visitors.
Those two arcs — the consulting work and the AI infrastructure work — were converging on the same customer, the same problem, the same partnership shape. So we made them explicit. Consulting stayed at the top as the strategy layer. The productized SEO and AEO subscription became Leaf Smart Growth. The AI systems became Harvest Labs. Together they became Clover.
Three delivery modes
One partnership. Three ways it shows up.

How the partnership runs.
One accountable owner
Every engagement has a senior operator responsible for the thesis, the roadmap, and the outcome. Not an account manager. Not a rotating pod. One person who owns whether it worked.
Strategy separated from delivery
Consulting rates cover strategy. Productized rates cover execution. We refuse to mix them — because when strategy hides behind implementation billing, both get worse.
Compound over campaign
We take work where compounding is possible: brand authority, technical foundation, AEO citation base, measurement systems. We turn down work built for a single quarter's spike.
Selective by default
We take a small number of new partnerships each quarter. It's what lets the senior operator layer stay senior. If we can't do a great job, we say so on the fit call.
Team
The people behind the partnership.

Tamy O.
Founder & Managing Partner
Tamy leads Clover across all three delivery modes. Ten years in organic growth and marketing, hands-on with the AI infrastructure that makes productized delivery work. She sets the growth thesis on consulting engagements and holds the standards across Leaf and Harvest. If you're evaluating a partnership, she's the one you'll speak with — and the one accountable for the outcome.

Mainan M.
Co-Director & Head of SEO/AEO
Mainan owns execution across the partnership — keeping engagements on track from kickoff to handoff, managing the delivery team, and leading the SEO and AEO strategy that runs through Leaf. Her role sits at the intersection of operations and search — the layer that makes sure delivery matches what was scoped.

Clara M.
Growth & Business Analyst
Clara owns the research and analysis that makes every system worth building. She maps client workflows, structures the data, and translates business problems into actionable specs. Her analysis is the foundation the consulting recommendations, Leaf roadmaps, and Harvest builds all stand on.
Every partnership starts the same way.
A 20-minute call. No pitch, no slides. If we're a fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you where to look.
