Do I need to pick retainer or project up front?
No. Most partnerships start with a fixed-scope project to establish the thesis and roadmap. If the fit is right, the project fee credits toward the first quarter of a retainer.
What if we already have an SEO agency or in-house team?
Clover often runs alongside existing execution partners. Our job is to hold the thesis, standards, and priorities — not to displace the people doing the work. We're the layer above delivery, not another delivery vendor.
What does "senior operator" actually mean?
Someone who has led organic at scale — set roadmaps, reported to boards, hired teams, and been accountable for pipeline. Not someone learning the discipline on your account.
How do you work with Leaf and Harvest?
