What's included

Strategy, not implementation.

The project produces the plan. Implementation is separately scoped — through Leaf for monthly SEO and AEO execution, Harvest for automation, or your existing team.

Kept this way for a reason: strategy work shouldn't hide implementation billing, and implementation shouldn't start until the thesis is defended.

Questions before kickoff.

Can we start with the project and decide on retainer later?

That's the intended path. The project produces a defined deliverable set you can execute against with or without Clover. If you convert to retainer within 60 days of the readout, the full project fee credits toward the first quarter.

What do we walk away with?

Six written deliverables: technical audit with fix list, AEO baseline and citation strategy, topic architecture, measurement stack design, 12-month roadmap, and executive readout deck. Everything is yours to keep.

Do you help implement, or just hand it off?

The project is scoped for handoff — the deliverables are written so your team, agency, or Leaf and Harvest can implement without ambiguity. If you want Clover to hold the standards through implementation, that's what the retainer is for.

What if we're not happy with the direction mid-engagement?

We share draft findings at the end of week 3, before synthesis. If the direction isn't landing, we course-correct then — not at readout. If the fit is fundamentally wrong, we'll say so and refund the balance.

Do you need access to our analytics and search data?

Yes. Week 1 discovery requires read access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics (or equivalent), your CMS, and any AEO or SEO tooling you already use. We work off your data, not off scraped estimates.
